Most people are aware that you must be relaxed to meditate, however the idea of 'working' to become relaxed becomes a turn-off. Meditation is a great pleasure. A vacation for the body-mind-spirit that develops your Inner Self, or Atman.

so how does one get started on the path to meditation? can you just sit down and start relaxing? or do you have to think about something specific? and how long should you do this a day? im very intrigued by meditation and i would like to get started especially with my hectic student schedule
