For years I worked out at a gym. I would do 4-5 times a week for the last year I have been working out at home. I like all the equipment at the gym but I am really enjoying the convenience of home.

Where are you working out?

At the gym. I enjoy the vibe there as well and the variation of machines prevents me from getting bored. Smiley

The gym seems to be a great place to meet people and stay motivated, but at home it is nice and private.  It all really depends on your personality and if you can afford the right equipment at home.

I love home. I don't really need a lot of equipment here. Resistance bands, BowFlex and such will do: http://tinyurl.com/yftf6sd Although gym adds some flavor - such as meeting people and exchanging ideas. I guess it's up to you and your schedule.

The gym, I like to be around people when I workout, but sometimes it's nice when I go to my building gym where there is normally nobody and I can have it to myself. Also, I like to play basketball for cardio so I go to the YMCA for some 3-on-3! But I still workout from home when it's stretching and ab work and body weight exercises too.
