There are so many different types of yoga...how do I know which one is best for me. I want something that improves my flexibility and core strength but also has a spiritual/meditative approach.

Ashtanga Yoga
Bhakti Yoga
Hatha Yoga
Jnana Yoga
Karma Yoga
Kriya Yoga
Kundalini Yoga
Mantra Yoga
Raja Yoga
Swara Yoga

Yoga is the best choice to achieve your goal.
By the way,Pilates is a good choice too  Wink
