How often do you exercise?

personally I make it a point to at least walk for 45 minutes a few times a week, besides my normal routines working around the farm!

How about you all, how often do you exercise?

Exercise is important for everyone, especially because of its many benefits related to health. It stimulates the cardiovascular system and will help anyone that is trying to loose weight to attain their goals more quickly and naturally. The exercises that are available vary largely from biking, walking, running, weight lifting, team sports or swimming. Try a variety of the sports, considering the fun factor most of all, so you can enjoy what you are doing.
I spend 2 hour on it.

I work out no less than 3 times a week. But I don't lift weights anymore because it's really hard on your joints especially for us women, I do resistance bands, plus I own horses so they give me a good workout too lol.

When I was still a student, my daily exercise was walking from home to school and vice versa. However, now that I am working in graveyard shifts, I barely find time to have at least 15-30 min walk. I also have a hard time to do small exercise at home, more so to go to the gym. As an alternative to exercise, I see to it that I eat healthy food and take in vitamins everyday to ensure my health is still up and good.

i usually go to gym 3-4 times a week, but sometimes due to hectic schedules, what i would normally do is excercise at home for 30-40 mins.

I try to walk 1 hour per day around the neighborhood. Sometimes elliptic and static bicycle indoors. Not running anymore because of my knees.

I do believe exercise is most essential to keep the body in balanced weight which directly indicates good health. I do exercise twice a day in morning and evening. I also follow weight loss tips of some experts and change my exercise schedule accordingly.
