The health of your eye muscles ultimately governs the health of your vision. Each eye has six muscles surrounding the eyeball. The eyes can move up, down, left, right, inward, and outward, always paralleling each other. The muscles are attached to the sclera (the white of the eye). In order to preserve the fitness of these muscles, you must exercise them just as you would any other muscle group, starting with a warm-up. Set yourself comfortably, with your hands supported and both feet firmly on the ground .Your eyes may be either open or closed.

Eyes are the windows of human’s hearts. It’s very important to have eye exams every year or six months, because many eye problems such as cataracts, retinal problems and glaucoma offer no telltale symptoms.
Besides routine eye exams, you may also visit your eye doctor for the information of eye fashion trends or choosing eyeglasses.
