Today people are becoming more and more aware of the benefits and necessities of exercise.If you are busy person create a schedule .Don’t forget to add some time to devoted to exercise or you can join gym This is not to say your exercise clothing should be overly tight, since you don't want to work out in clothes that are uncomfortable. Exercise   is a very important for the part of having a healthy pregnancy and even making the birth process much easier.

Pregnant woman have to pay more attention when they are doing some exercise.I think walking is fit for them Smiley

The best & the best exercise for every person is walk.Because it gives you a so much strength and makes you healthy for all the day.And the second most doing able exercises for fitness is Gyming.

In my opinion swimming is best for both man and woman by mean of swimming every person become fit because every muscle is active during swimming.

First of all, eat less. maybe you could check what's your daily calorie intake! Good exercise without putting any extra money into it would be to just put some disco music on loud and start dancing to it. Apart from that, i think getting yourself a bicycle could help.
